We have multiple clients throughout California that are currently looking for talented individuals for contract, temp-to-permanent, and direct-hire opportunities. Our client is looking for the following:
Minimum Requirements: 5 – 7 years of experience working in the building design industry, preferably in an architecture, engineering, construction, or interior design firm. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing all U.S. marketing and business development materials, workflow, and deadlines. This person will support the firm as necessary with presentations, award submissions, research, graphics, firm collateral, press outreach, photography coordination, website management, etc.

Responsibilities
Manage marketing and business development workflow, deadlines, and deliverables
Support business development via research, outreach and tracking
Manage proposals and qualifications packages; meet all applicable deadlines
Attend any/all pre-proposal meetings and gather relevant information
Oversee presentations for interviews and conferences
Update the website as needed to keep all projects, awards and staff up to date and current
Manage press outreach, project imagery and award submissions

Highly organized
Attention to detail
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office; proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong graphic layout and presentation skills
Ability to work on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Previous experience in a marketing role producing proposals
Previous experience supporting business development
Bachelor’s degree
